Brexit: Immigration, Employment and Tax

Registration is closed for this event
Event in collaboration with Buckles Solicitors, member of the Chamber

This is a valuable opportunity to discuss some of the legal implications surrounding Brexit with a focus on the issues of immigration, employment and tax.

There is little doubt that Brexit will have a significant impact on these areas of law but, equally, there is much uncertainty as to how change will manifest itself. We are only at the very beginning of negotiations and the post-Brexit landscape is currently unclear.

Free movement, citizens’ rights, access to the single market and customs union, and future trade agreements will all need to be addressed by politicians and absorbed by business people and lawyers to ensure that new arrangements work effectively.

Business has helped to frame the Brexit talks and we hope that this seminar will play a part in that process.

Buckles Solicitors International team and Magrath LLP are ready to guide in any way we can and our established links with European partners will strengthen our approach.
