In anticipation of the UK’s imminent exit from the EU, this seminar held in collaboration with Chamber benefactor Stevens & Bolton LLP will focus on the latest updates in relation to Brexit and its impact on EEA nationals and their family members.

The topics covered will be:

  • practical steps that employers can take to protect their European workforce, as well as considering employers’ future recruitment strategies going forward;
  • how the new settled status application process is likely to operate;
  • providing practical tips for EEA nationals and their family members on how to protect their residency in the UK; and
  • highlighting how Brexit may impact employment relationships going forward and flagging issues that employers should consider in this context.
