Our work centre is located in Polinyà, at 30 km of the city of Barcelona.

We have our owns facilities of 6.500 m2, with machinery of last technology in conformed of foil and profiles, facilities equipped with bridges crane for elevation of pieces of 25 TN.

Workshop characteristic for mechanisation lathes, milling machines and chucking machines of numeric control.

Work methodology:
- Critical chain; Administration of Limitations, to get the maximum global productivity, to plan the works, to optimize to the maximum the delivery terms and to know the readiness of the own company.
-5S; Order and cleaning; to get the maximum of use of the spaces, to eliminate obstacles, to facilitate the localization of materials and to avoid labour accidents.
-6 Sigma; to focus to the concepts of Total Quality, avoid errors, unnecessary repetitions of works and post-sale reclamations.
In our shops for the width and means that we have, we can work for separate steel to the carbon and stainless steel, producing big dimension items, in the production of pressure equipment, reactors, etc., We have a quality manual with procedures and welders' approvals for the legalization of the equipment with mark agreement "CE" according the European normative 97/23/CE.
Having technical means and humans we can develop any type of metallurgist project, be already with the client's planes or the realization of the same ones for our company.
