Informal Events - Sponsorship Opportunities

The Spanish Chamber organises a series of informal events throughout the year, which usually include, but are not limited to, an Al Fresco party (mid May – June) and a Christmas party (first weeks of December).

Due to the nature of our institution, it may be possible to organise other informal events alone or in collaboration with a like-minded institution. We therefore want to offer sponsorship opportunities for companies interested in making themselves known to a wider public and potential clients.

The profile of the attendees to these events is mainly corporate, including members to our institution and non-member companies interested in our activities and services. For 2012 we are willing to explore new formats for these informal gatherings, so if you have any particular idea in mind for an event that you would like to sponsor, please contact us to discuss it.

FORMAT

Informal parties start at 6:30 pm / 7 pm.
The usual length is around 2 hours with private use of the premises for the guests of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce. Depending on the venue, the length can be increased.
150 attendees on average.
Some limited complimentary drinks are usually offered to the guests upon arrival.
