Golf Tournament

 

The next edition of the Annual Prize Golf Tournament, organised by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, will take place on Thursday, 13th May 2010. This year, the tournament will be held at the Studley Wood Golf Club for the first time, which is close to London and considered one of the best courses in the country to play golf.

 

On previous occasions, the great atmosphere and the participation of notable important companies in both Spanish and British markets have been the main attraction, and thanks to the successful previous editions of the tournament, we are pleased to continue to promote these types of activities for our members and collaborating companies and also take advantage of a day to enjoy golf in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

This tournament becomes more well known each year within the Spanish business community in Great Britain, and taking part will help you to expand your contacts, promote your company or even encourage existing clients and contacts who would like to be involved.

 

How you can participate
 

- As a team

Each team will comprise of 4 players.

There will be a maximum of 26 teams.

The format of play will be a Shotgun Start (commencing from different tees).

 

- Price per team:

Chamber Member - £420.00 + VAT

Non-member - £500.00 + VAT

 

THE PRICE WILL INCLUDE

  • 1 Promotional bag per person to include cap, T-shirt, balls, etc.
  • Team breakfast.
  • Sangría and tapas during the tournament.
  • Cocktail after the tournament.
  • Evening meal for the four team members.

 

- As an individual player

 

The teams will be selected according to the handicap of the players and in line with the criteria for the organisation of the tournament.

 

- Price per individual:

Chamber Member - £105 + VAT

Non-member - £125 + VAT

 

THE PRICE WILL INCLUDE

  • Promotional bag per person to include cap, T-shirt, balls, etc.
  • Team breakfast.
  • Sangría and tapas during the tournament.
  • Cocktail after the tournament.
  • Evening meal.

 

 

- As a beginner or novice player

 

”Clinic” – Practical instruction given by professionals for those who would like to take up golf.

- Price per person:

Member Clinic - £50 + VAT

Non-member Clinic - £60 + VAT


THE PRICE WILL INCLUDE

  • Practical instruction.
  • Promotional bag per person to include cap, T-shirt, balls, etc.
  • Lunch.
  • Cocktail at close of tournament.

 

 

- Sponsoring the Event

 

  • Bags and/or promotional items.
  • Prizes.
  • “Half-Way House food”: for tapas during the tournament.
  • Sponsoring a hole.
  • Banners on the course.

  • 12.30 - Golf Clinic start (3 professionals)
    - 40 Minutes Mid irons
    - 40 Minutes Chipping
    - 40 Minutes Chipping
    - 30 Minutes break
    - 1 ½ Competitions and skills test

 

  • 16.00 - 18.00 Bar available for all players at their own expense
  • 18.00 - 19.00 Cocktail & Presentation - Prize giving and speeches
  • 19.00 - 21.30 Buffet Dinner

 

( The locations for the sangría and tapas will be spread out around the course throughout the duration of the tournament.)

 


It is possible to attend the cocktail and buffet dinner even if you are not a golfer or have not participated in the Tournament.

- Price per person:

Chamber members £35.00 + VAT

Non-members £40.00 + VAT

The final date for registration will be 10th May 2010.
